How do I place an order?

You can create a customer account here. Having a customer account allows you to checkout faster with much convenience. You are able to log in and update your customer profile anytime. Alternatively, you can choose not to create a customer account and just checkout as guest.

Subscribe to Mailing List

You can subscribe to our mailing list here. Upon successful subscription, you will receive an email that contains a one-time discount code. If you have used this code before, you will not be able to apply it again.

What are the conditions of using discount codes?

All discount codes are not applicable with ongoing promotions, seasonal items and bundles. If you choose to use a discount code, you are choosing to forgo whatever promotions the estore may be running at that time. Only 1 discount code can be used at each time. To apply a discount code, please ensure you check this box in your cart.


Do you deliver to overseas & how long does delivery take?

We only deliver to Singapore. Delivery typically takes not more than 7 working days. This is however subjected to unforeseen circumstances that may occur at the delivery companies/couriers like loss or damage of parcel and delivery congestion.

Customers are also advised to provide accurate contact details and addresses when placing order. Delivery may be delayed if inaccuracies are found and we will not be liable for such delays. If you need help with your order, feel free to contact us.

How much is delivery?

Free local delivery is entitled with a minimum spend of $50 nett. Otherwise, delivery fee is charged at $7. Expedited delivery and/or fixed delivery timeslot are chargeable at a fee.

Refunds & Exchange

I receive a wrong product or a faulty product. Can I arrange an exchange?

Yes we allow exchanges.

Can I cancel my order or ask for a refund?

We do not allow cancellation or refund if the reason is a change of mind from customer or a failed delivery after multiple attempts proven by delivery company. For other reasons, we will review on a case-by-case basis.
